Title - Quality Engineer

Duration - 3 months contract to hire

Location - Cincinnati, OH (onsite)

3 Quality Engineers

Need programing background in vision measuring systems, preferably Keyence, 3rd person should have a background in first article submission with experience in GE and a familiarity with Discus software.

Fulltime 1st Shift - OT as required.

In need of 3 more Quality Engineer. Need is for approx. 6-12 months, and the position would start immediately. The candidate needs to have a good comprehension of drawings and specifications for the aerospace industry.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, Material Science, Quality, Business, or related field; or at least 5 years related experience
• 2+ years of Quality Engineering experience
• Previous experience with AS9100 and ISO : 9001 Quality Management Systems
• Proficiency in using handheld gaging such as micrometers and calipers
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and specifications
• Strong preference for experience with APQP / PPAP
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Working knowledge of Excel functions, including pivot tables, statistical formulas, logic, and lookup & reference formulas
• Hands-on approach to problem-solving and supporting customer demands
• Strong organizational skills for managing multiple tasks effectively
• Familiarity with Discus FAI software and Net Inspect
• Proficiency in communication with management at various levels in manufacturing or customer contexts
