Job description

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • File and maintain Preliminary Notices
  • Process owner / GC change orders
  • Process subcontracts
  • Process subcontractor change orders
  • Prepare subcontractor billings
  • Maintain certificates of insurance
  • Textura Compliance for insurance and “other”
  • Complete OCIP enrollments
  • Process and maintain project purchase orders
  • Assist with coding and providing backup for AP project invoice review
  • Maintain project filing
  • Support Project Management Team
  • Additional administrative support duties as needed

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Knowledge in Viewpoint Vista a plus
  • Knowledge in AIA contract billings
  • Knowledge in DocuSign preferred
  • Knowledge in Owner Controlled Insurance Programs (OCIP)
  • Knowledge in Certificates of Insurance
  • Knowledge in Accounts Payable a plus
  • Knowledge in Accounts Receivable a plus
  • Knowledge in third-party applications such as Textura or GC Pay a plus
  • Organized, detailed, accurate
  • Assertive, confident, dependable
  • Proficient with Word, Excel, Outlook
  • Meets deadlines
  • Works well under stress / pressure
  • Able to prioritize / take direction from multiple managers if needed
  • Hard working, driven, able to work alone or as part of a Team
  • REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience
  • Willing to travel between main office in Central Phoenix and jobsite in North Phoenix for training
  • Valid Driver’s License
  • Background check and drug screening
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
