We are seeking a Business Solution Architect with expertise in Salesforce Primary Clouds (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Community Cloud) and Health Cloud to join our team remotely .
As a Business Solution Architect, you will play a key role in designing and implementing Salesforce solutions to meet our clients' specific business requirements.

Responsibilities
- Collaborate with clients to understand their business requirements and translate them into Salesforce solutions
- Analyze and document current business processes and develop solution designs based on best practices
- Provide guidance and support to development teams during the implementation of Salesforce solutions
- Lead and participate in workshops and meetings to gather client requirements and provide recommendations
- Create and deliver high-quality presentations and technical documentation to stakeholders
- Stay up to date with Salesforce product releases and industry trends
Requirements
1+ years of experience as a Salesforce Business Solution ArchitectStrong expertise in Salesforce Primary Clouds (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Community Cloud) and Health CloudProven ability to analyze complex business processes and design scalable Salesforce solutionsA deep understanding of Salesforce configuration, customization, and integrationExcellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholdersRelevant Salesforce certifications, such as Certified Application Architect or Certified System Architect, are a plusSelf-motivated and independent, with the ability to work effectively in a remote team environmentStrong verbal and written communication in EnglishWe offer
