Human Resources Assistant
The Human Resources Assistant provides administrative support to the HR team by handling basic HR functions such as completing required paperwork, maintaining accurate employee records, and assisting with data management. This role is designed to support the department through organizational tasks and ensure accurate data management. The HR Assistant will work closely with HR team members to ensure that the department operates smoothly and efficiently. - Complete and organize HR paperwork, including employee files, onboarding forms, and compliance documents.
- Scan and digitize paper files to maintain accurate and accessible electronic records.
- Assist with data pulls from Paycom to support the company's HRIS transition.
- Conduct document audits ensuring records are accurate and compliant at the direction of HR Leadership.
- Prepare and distribute the various reports to ensure timely completion and accuracy.
- Maintain several trackers to provide accurate and up-to-date information.
- Act as a legal runner, delivering HR-related documents to legal or external partners when needed.
- Push out documents and pay plans applicable staff.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive employee and company information.
- Provide general administrative support to the HR team, including data entry, reporting, and document tracking.
- Ensure all tasks are completed accurately and in alignment with company policies and compliance standards.
- Handle minor technical difficulties of employees such as password resets and login issues.
- Steward of company values, culture and ensuring the organization fosters a positive and productive work environment.
Requirements Qualifications :
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office Systems.Aptitude in problem solving and ability to work well under pressure.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
