Astria Health is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team! This position is for our Wound Care Department. This will be a day shift position.

What you get to do every day!

As the Licensed Practical Nurse, you will be responsible for responsible for assisting with the examination and treatment of patients under the direction of a registered nurse or provider, and general clinical duties . You will :

• Perform basic medical procedures within licensure as per policy.
• Arrange for patients' ordered hospital admission, diagnostic, therapeutic, and dietary services.
• Monitor and ensure the accuracy of recording in patient's clinic records.
• Adhere to established triage protocol in screening incoming referrals and determine if appropriate for service.
• Provide support and assistance to ensure quality and quantity of work and care are achieved.
• Prioritize work and effectively adapt to changes in workload.
• Collaborate effectively across organizational boundaries.
• Adheres to the core values and standards of the organization.

Pay and Benefit Expectations

We provide a comprehensive benefits package, including competitive salary, medical, dental, and retirement benefits, and paid time off. As required by various pay transparency laws, we share a competitive compensation range for candidates hired into each position. Pay is influenced by factors specific to applicants, including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and certification(s) and / or education.
