We are seeking a motivated and experienced BCBA Recruiter to help us expand our team of dedicated professionals.

Job Summary :

The Senior Clinical Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing and attracting qualified Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) and Assistant Behavior Analysts to join our organization. This remote position requires a strong understanding of the ABA field, exceptional recruiting skills, and preferably a background in sales or marketing.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Sourcing Candidates : Utilize social media platforms, job boards, and networking to identify potential BCBA candidates.
  • Outreach : Build and maintain relationships with local universities and colleges to promote job openings and internship opportunities.
  • Career Fairs & Conferences : Attend career fairs, BCBA conferences, and other events to network and recruit potential candidates.
  • Screening and Interviewing : Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidates' qualifications and fit for Discovery ABA.
  • Collaboration : Work closely with the leadership team to understand hiring needs and develop effective recruiting strategies.
  • Marketing Materials : Assist in creating engaging job postings and promotional materials to attract talent.
  • Recruitment Metrics : Track and report on recruitment metrics to measure the effectiveness of sourcing strategies.

Qualifications :

  • Experience in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA); BCBA certification is a bonus.
  • Previous recruiting experience, especially in healthcare, education, or similar fields, is required.
  • Sales or marketing experience is desirable to enhance candidate engagement strategies.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) is a plus.

    • Compensation :

    Annual salary between $70,000 and $85,000+ depending on experience.
