Job Description & Requirements Specialty : ED - Emergency Department Discipline : RN Start Date : 12 / 22 / 2025 Duration : 13 weeks 36 hours per week Shift : 12 hours, nights Employment Type : Travel Opportunity : RN - ER Job Details : Work 3-12 hour mid shifts from 3 : 00 PM to 3 : 00 AM Every other weekend and every other holiday coverage required No call responsibilities No block scheduling Self-scheduling system Patient ratios of 5-6 patients on days, nights, and weekends 2 years of nursing experience required First-time travelers welcome EPIC charting system experience required 24 hours of orientation provided Traveler expected to float to like acuities or less if needed Charge experience preferred but not required Required certifications : NIH / Stroke Certifications, BLS, ACLS, CPI, PALS Care for patients from neonates to geriatrics in 34-bed emergency department Handle approximately 100-116 visits per day with variety of conditions Work with triage area, telemetry, and conscious sedation procedures Use EPIC and Pyxis systems Work alongside ED providers (MD / PA) with interdisciplinary support teams Facility : This healthcare facility operates a comprehensive 34-bed emergency department that serves patients across all age groups from neonates to geriatrics.
