Location : Grand Colorado on Peak 8
Position Type : This is a Non-Exempt Seasonal role from December 14, 2025, through May 5, 2026.
Compensation : $22.75-$26.13 (DOE)
Schedule : Must be available to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays, between the hours of 8 : 00 AM and 6 : 00 PM.

As a Sales Shuttle Driver, you are a mobile ambassador and the first friendly face our guests see, setting the tone for their entire visit. You'll do more than just navigate our beautiful mountain town; you'll provide safe, comfortable rides while assisting with gear, sharing local knowledge, and turning a simple shuttle trip into a warm welcome that builds excitement for the adventures ahead. Responsibilities :
- Safely operate the company shuttle to transport tour guests, owners, employees, and sales agents between designated locations.
- Adhere to all safe driving practices and traffic laws, ensuring the well-being of all passengers.
- Learn and efficiently navigate all scheduled pick-up and destination points.
- Assist passengers with boarding and exiting, including handling skis, boards, and other sporting equipment.
- Perform daily preventative maintenance checks (e.g., fluid levels, tire pressure) and ensure the shuttle is appropriately fueled.
- Maintain detailed and accurate vehicle maintenance logs and assist with scheduling repairs as needed.
- Ensure the shuttle's interior is kept neat and tidy and the exterior is cleaned daily, presenting a professional image.
- Serve as a brand ambassador by providing a warm welcome and exceptional, courteous service to every passenger.
- Proactively inform and engage guests using the "Tour Guest Driver" script, sharing knowledge of Breckenridge events, activities, and company information.
- Uphold the "End of the Line" philosophy by taking ownership of guest situations, resolving issues promptly, and following up as necessary.
- Uphold all company Hospitality Standards, Core Standards, and policies at all times.
- Maintain a professional appearance by wearing the designated uniform and name badge.
- Assist the sales team with operational tasks, including restocking point-of-sale inventory, processing shipments, and performing inventory counts.
- Respond promptly to all email and voicemail correspondence.
- Attend and actively participate in required training sessions and department meetings.
- Support company sustainability initiatives by following guidelines for recycling, composting, and resource conservation.
Requirements :
Must possess a valid U.S. driver's license and maintain an acceptable driving record.Must be able to frequently lift up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds to assist guests with luggage and sporting equipment.Must be available to work the full seasonal period from December 14, 2025, to May 5, 2026.Must have open availability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays, between the hours of 8 : 00 AM and 6 : 00 PM.Ability to read, write, speak, and comprehend English effectively.A demonstrated commitment to safety procedures and safe driving practices; ability to adhere to company appearance and uniform standards.Proven ability to provide friendly, professional, and patient service in a fast-paced environment.Preferred Qualifications :
Prior experience in a customer-facing role such as driving, hospitality, tourism, or a related field.Familiarity with the Breckenridge area, including resort events, local activities, and navigating town.Comfort with performing basic vehicle pre-checks (checking fluids, tire pressure) and maintaining maintenance logs.Ability to type by touch and experience with Microsoft Outlook for communication and record-keeping.An Associate's degree or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school.Compensation & Benefits :
