Job Description :
A top-tier data center developer is seeking a skilled Construction Project Manager to oversee the execution of new-build and expansion projects across Northern California. This is a hands-on role, ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced, technical environments and can drive construction projects from groundbreaking through to commissioning and handover.
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage the on-site construction of mission-critical data center projects, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to specification
- Coordinate general contractors, subcontractors, consultants, and internal teams to maintain progress, quality, and safety
- Monitor schedule performance, cost control, and risk management throughout the construction lifecycle
- Ensure adherence to local permitting, environmental, and compliance requirements
- Collaborate closely with design, engineering, procurement, and operations teams to ensure constructability and operational readiness
- Provide regular project reporting to senior leadership and stakeholders
Requirements :
5–10 years of experience managing large-scale construction projects, preferably in the data center, tech, or industrial sectorStrong understanding of MEP systems, structural works, and critical infrastructure commissioningProven track record of managing contractors and delivering complex projects in live environmentsExcellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skillsBachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related fieldPMP certification or similar credentials preferredWhat’s on Offer :
