Centerline Vessel Movement Coordinator

Schedule, optimize and coordinate Centerline vessel movements according to customer orders to ensure customer satisfaction. Maintain records and process paperwork to ensure proper billing. Maintain communications with vessel Captains and barge PIC's regarding change of orders. Assist in developing and monitoring procedures and programs to track company and crew activities.

Responsibilities

• Communicate daily traffic to internal and external customers
• Provide timely and accurate job status updates to customers
• Work with local vessel agents and terminals to ensure efficient operations
• Maintain the confidentiality of all sensitive materials and communications
• Accurately complete required Company and Customer documentation
• Employee feedback on scheduling courtesy and communications
