IT Systems Support Engineer

About Us :

Sightpath Medical is the premier cataract and LASIK mobile services provider in the U.S. We have an opening at our headquarters in Bloomington, MN for an IT Systems Support Engineer in our IT Department.

Responsibilities :

• Tier 1 Helpdesk support
• Assist users either via phone, email or Datto Remote Monitoring and Management (RMM) to resolve any issues
• Properly escalate unresolved issues to appropriate internal resources
• Prioritize and manage several open issues at one time
• Maintain user administration in all systems including RingCentral, Jamf, Active Directory (on-prem), and Microsoft Office 365
• Local backup maintenance and testing
• Maintain Antivirus at all locations
• Local & remote hardware support / troubleshooting and network maintenance
• Phone system maintenance / configuration
• Mobile Device Management (MDM) via Jamf
• Document technical knowledge in the form of notes and manuals
