What You’ll Do

Provide direct nursing care to residents in accordance with care plans

Administer medications and treatments

Monitor resident conditions and report changes promptly

Document nursing interventions accurately and timely

Collaborate with RNs, CNAs, physicians, and families

Uphold resident dignity, safety, and satisfaction

Qualifications

Current LPN license in the state of PA

CPR certification (or willing to obtain)

Long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred but not required

Compassionate, dependable, and strong team player
