The 1898 & Co. Utility Consulting Director is responsible for the successful sale and execution of management and advisory consulting engagements. This role requires subject matter expertise in at least one of the following service areas :

Service Areas

• Transmission Planning
• Grid Modernization & Distribution Planning
• Resource Planning & Market Assessment
• Financial Analysis & Rates
• Utility Investment Planning
• Renewable Energy
• Energy Asset Advisory
• Zero Emissions Transportation

The Director will manage and provide expertise and professional development to a team of consultants and analysts in managing project quality, schedule, cost control, contracts, subcontracts, proposals, estimates, and client relations. The Director will ensure client satisfaction through commitment, dedication, integrity, and outstanding service. The Utility Consulting Director displays leadership through example and is confident and willing to take it to the next level.

Compensation

$220,000.00-410,000.00 Yearly

The expected compensation range for this position is displayed in compliance with all local / state regulations. The total annual compensation package will consist of a base salary and eligibility to participate in our discretionary year‑end incentive bonus program.
