Customer Service Representative

The Customer Service Representative will support sales by providing exceptional customer care and sales support. Responsibilities include :

• Managing internal activities and external customer expectations to ensure superior service.
• Handling order entry via phone and email.
• Working extensively in Salesforce and SAP systems.
• Providing solutions to drive sales growth and minimize errors during peak season.

Skills & Qualifications :

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Delavan, WI.

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $21.00 / hr.
