Investor Relations is the primary interface between Honeywell and the investment community responsible for communicating the Companys strategy financial results and supporting itsvaluation while establishing credibility and relationships with over 1000 institutional shareowners portfolio managers buy andsell sideresearchanalysts on Wall Street and thousands offinancial institutionsaround the world.

As an Investor RelationsManager at Honeywell you will play a pivotal role in maintaining and enhancing our relationships with the investment community. You will report directly to our Vice PresidentInvestor Relationsand work out of our Charlotte NC global headquarters.

Success in this high profile highly visible and highlynimbledepartment includes the ability to : effectively communicate company strategy; monitor and interpret market dynamics macroeconomic indicators and peer data; analyze Honeywell businesses performance drivers and financial results; understand capital / equity markets and drivers ofequity valuation; and integrate multiple inputs to interpret and provide feedback to management on investor sentiment and factors impacting Honeywells share price.

Responsibilities

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Build and maintain relationships with analysts institutional investors and other key stakeholders.
• Prepare and review investor presentations earnings releases and other investor communications.
• Monitor and analyze market trends competitor activities and investor sentiment to provide insights and recommendations to senior management.
• Coordinate and facilitate investor events including earnings calls investor conferences and roadshows.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements including SEC filings and disclosure obligations.
• Work with cross-functional teams includingfinance legal and communications to aligninvestor relationsactivities with overall business objectives.
