We are looking for an Order Entry Clerk to join our team in Fort Lee, New Jersey. This is a Contract position with the potential for long-term stability, offering an excellent opportunity for growth. The ideal candidate will play a key role in managing sales orders, contracts, and related administrative tasks with a high level of accuracy and professionalism.
Responsibilities :
- Process and manage sales orders and contracts, ensuring accuracy and timely completion.
- Utilize Microsoft Office applications to maintain records and prepare documentation.
- Support order entry tasks and handle purchase orders efficiently.
- Provide exceptional customer service to address inquiries and resolve issues.
- Collaborate with team members to streamline workflows and optimize processes.
- Assist with additional administrative responsibilities as required.
- Maintain organized and up-to-date records for all transactions.
- Leverage QuickBooks for order tracking and reporting, if applicable.
- Proven experience in order entry or related administrative roles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word.
- Familiarity with QuickBooks is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Experience working with purchase orders and contracts.
- Self-motivated and capable of working both independently and collaboratively.
