Reliatus Behavioral Health , a leading recruiting organization specializing in supporting Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and related therapy providers, is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Speech and Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our client's team in Phoenix, AZ . Salary : Competitive and commensurate with experience $90,000-$100,000

Key Responsibilities
Assessment & Diagnosis
Treatment Planning & Delivery
Develop and implement individualized therapy plans using evidence-based techniques.
Utilize a naturalistic, play-based approach to engage children in meaningful learning experiences.
Family & Caregiver Collaboration
Educate and coach families to support carryover and communication success at home and in the community.
Maintain open communication with parents, caregivers, and other team members regarding progress.
Team Collaboration
Partner with a multidisciplinary team (BCBAs, OTs, psychologists, and educators) to ensure integrated, holistic care.
Participate in team meetings, case reviews, and professional development initiatives.
Documentation & Compliance
Complete assessments, progress notes, and reports accurately and on schedule.
Maintain compliance with clinical, ethical, and regulatory standards.
Qualifications
Education : Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
Licensure : Current and valid SLP license through the Arizona Department of Health Services (or eligibility in {State}).
Experience : Prior experience working with children in clinical, educational, or therapeutic settings preferred.
Skills : Strong communication, documentation, and collaboration abilities.
Certifications :
Current CPR and First Aid certification.
Must successfully pass a criminal background check and obtain a DPS Class One Fingerprint Clearance Card.
Physical Requirements : Ability to lift, carry, and maintain a variety of postures (kneeling, squatting, sitting on the floor) for extended periods; must move quickly to ensure client safety.
