Job descriptionCoordinating provider calendars and scheduling patient appointments, verifying insurance eligibility and benefits prior to appointments, assisting patients with understanding program policies and procedures. Handling rescheduling, cancellations, and follow - up appointments, ensuring patient records are accurate, up-to-date, and confidential, and other tasks as assigned. High School Diploma or GED required. Prior experience as receptionist preferred. Computer experience and familiarity with Windows, Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Word, and Microsoft Excel required.
