A successful practice is hiring in Ft. Collins, Colorado

This group manages several Skilled Nursing Facilities

Primary Care Physicians (PCP) can apply for this role

Providers travel to a couple sites per day (never more than 4)

Very minimal overnight call coverage Compensation

Highest compensation in the market for SNF work

$250,000 base and potential to earn $300,000

20 days of PTO

CME : 3 days off and $2,000 stipend

$3,600 per year towards health insurance (3 plans to choose from)

401k with 3% match (max of $6,000)
