Job Summary and Qualifications :
Facilitate the provision of professional nursing care focused on patient comfort and well-being.Utilize the nursing process for assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care.Implement prescribed medical interventions effectively.Key Responsibilities :
Conduct patient assessments during admission and shifts, reporting any changes in status promptly.Perform medical procedures and document care administration accurately in patient records.Administer medications and monitor patients for therapeutic responses, taking prompt action for any adverse reactions.Provide exceptional support by responding proactively to patient requests and needs.Educate patients, families, and caregivers about medical conditions, treatment plans, and follow-up instructions, ensuring clear understanding.Required Qualifications :
Education : Bachelor of Science in Nursing or enrollment in a BSN program with completion within 5 years of hire.
