  • Preferred : Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA.
  • BLS certification to be obtained within 30 days of starting.
  • Skills

  • Exceptional communication skills with patients, families, and multi-disciplinary team members.
  • Ability to modify therapy techniques for cultural and linguistic diversity.
  • Strong judgment and analytical skills to troubleshoot clinical challenges.
  • Familiarity with electronic medical records and documentation protocols.
  • Benefits

  • Attractive compensation based on experience.
  • Flexible work schedules to support a healthy work-life balance.
  • Specialization opportunities available in pediatrics, adult rehabilitation, or geriatric therapy.

  • A Career That Inspires and Moves You

This is not merely a speech therapy post; it is your opportunity to become part of a community-oriented mission dedicated to rekindling voices and fostering communication through genuine human interaction.

You will join an encouraging team where every clinician's contributions are valued, and where collaboration triumphs over competition. Each patient carries a story; your role will be pivotal in shaping those narratives.

Embrace the Lifestyle of Florida's Treasure Coast

Life on Florida's Treasure Coast pulses with an irresistible energy that blends stunning natural beauty with a vibrant arts scene. Bathed in sunshine, this picturesque paradise features stunning beaches, lush parks, and lively cultural events that beckon residents outdoors.

Families delight in beachside picnics, while adventure seekers can enjoy surfing, fishing, or exploring the nearby wildlife sanctuaries. The culinary scene is equally diverse, with everything from seaside seafood shacks to gourmet restaurants offering fresh, local fare that tantalizes your taste buds.

Art and music thrive in this area, expressed through murals, local galleries, and festivals that draw crowds and foster creativity. And beyond the lifestyle perks, professionals here enjoy no state income tax, a reasonable cost of living, and an expansive healthcare network that nurtures career development.

No matter if you are just starting out or a veteran clinician looking for new horizons, this is a community that cultivates professional and personal growth.

    Your Impact is Needed

We are searching for a Speech Language Pathologist with a compassionate nature and a results-driven mindset. You should envision the wonderful potential in every patient, transforming silence into a symphony of expression and hope.

You might specialize in providing care to children and wish to widen your experience with adult patients, or perhaps you're a professional entrenched in neurorehabilitation eager to expand your practice into child services.

Whatever your specialty, if your heart guides your hands, let us welcome you here.

Join Us to Shape Lives and Words Together

If you believe communication is more than language, that therapy transcends technique-if you value rapport as much as results, and laughter as essential to healing, then this might just be the next chapter of your story with us.

Join a community that champions the power of understanding and connection. We invite you to apply today, bring your expertise to our family, and assist others on their path to recover their voices.
