We are seeking someone who is reliable and detail-oriented to help support the day-to-day upkeep of our facilities. The ideal candidate is hands-on, proactive, and committed to maintaining a clean, safe, and functional environment for staff and visitors.

Schedule / Location :

• Field-based - within the Consumers Credit Union Branch network surrounding Lake Forest, IL
• Ability to travel and regular work hours may range from 6 : 00 am - 5 : 00 pm Monday through Friday, depending on vendor availability
• Must have open availability to accommodate scheduling needs outside of regular hours.
• On-call availability required for emergency maintenance issues, which may occur during evenings, weekends, or holidays.
• Local Northern IL / Southeastern WI candidates only!

As a Facilities Maintenance Assistant , you will perform routine and preventative maintenance and repair services in multiple crafts to ensure the organization remains operating at the desired capacity. Also, you will be responsible for carrying out a variety of tasks related to both scheduled maintenance programs and reactive repair needs. You will accurately document these repairs to ensure the history files are up to date.

Compensation & Benefits :

The salary range for this role is $22.185 - $33.277 per hour. This role is eligible for an annual bonus opportunity. A specific salary offer considers factors including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the salary range and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case.
