Job Description :

  • Speech Therapy Services : Provide comprehensive speech and language therapy services to students throughout the 25-26 School Year.
  • Assessment and Evaluation : Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify students' communication needs and formulate individualized treatment plans.
  • Therapeutic Interventions : Implement evidence-based therapy techniques to address speech and language disorders, including articulation, fluency, voice, and language deficits.
  • Collaborative Approach : Collaborate closely with educators, parents, and other professionals to support students' academic progress and social-emotional well-being.
  • Progress Monitoring : Monitor students' progress, collect data, and adjust therapy strategies as necessary to maximize outcomes.
  • Documentation : Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of therapy sessions, progress reports, and compliance with regulatory standards.

    • Education and Certification Requirements :

  • Valid Pennsylvania Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) License.
  • Updated resume highlighting relevant experience and qualifications.
  • Proficient understanding of speech and language disorders, assessment tools, and intervention methodologies.
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills.
