About the Role

A highly respected Commercial GC with a strong local reputation and steady project backlog is seeking a Superintendent to lead $5M+ commercial projects. You’ll oversee field operations, safety, and quality from start to finish — ensuring each job is delivered on time, on budget, and above expectations.

Key Responsibilities

Direct all field activity from mobilization through closeout

Manage schedules, budgets, QA / QC, and safety compliance

Lead subcontractors, inspections, and daily coordination

Maintain 3-week look-aheads and remove roadblocks

Enforce company and OSHA standards, driving zero-incident culture

Run daily huddles and weekly OAC meetings

Qualifications

3–5+ yrs as a Superintendent on commercial projects ($5M+)

Proven leadership, communication, and organizational skills

Strong knowledge of construction means / methods & sequencing

Proficient in Procore , Bluebeam , and MS Project

Degree in Construction Management preferred (or equivalent experience)
