• Design develop and implement manufacturing processes equipment and tooling.
• Provide technical support and troubleshoot production issues to minimize downtime.
• Develop and maintain manufacturing documentation including work instructions and process specifications.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives using lean manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies.
• Collaborate with design engineering on new product introduction to ensure manufacturability.
• Evaluate and select new manufacturing equipment and technologies to enhance production capabilities.
