Family Medicine

Central Michigan University (CMU) College of Medicine and CMU Health - in Saginaw, MI - is looking for full-time   BC / BE Family Medicine Physician to join our team.  This role includes resident and medical student education.  There is an opportunity for a formal educational position, for those who desire programmatic leadership and have the requisite experience. CMU Healths affiliated hospitals (MyMichigan Medical Center - Saginaw and Covenant Healthcare) are located, in the Great Lakes Bay Region - admired for its friendly communities and great quality of life.

Position Description :

We are seeking an enthusiastic, committed individual who is inspired to support an established residency program .  The ideal candidate will be responsible for both inpatient and outpatient services as well as working with medical students and program residents.  This opportunity provides flexibility to fit candidates into the appropriate setting for the success of the program as well as the development of the candidate.  We welcome and encourage all Pediatric subspecialties.  This position is full time, employed position that offers a very competitive salary, vacation, benefits, malpractice, etc. Candidate must be able to obtain a Michigan license and interested in scholarly activities.

Requirements

• MD or DO
• State of Michigan licensed or eligible
• Board-eligible or certified in Family Medicine
• Controlled Substance license
• Must meet credentialing criteria
