Your Role & Responsibilities

• Be the Leader – Spearhead the practice's growth and brand transformation.
• Comprehensive Adult Dentistry – Comfortable with endodontics (anterior, premolars, maxillary and mandibular molars), extractions (simple and surgical), and adult treatment plans.
• Collaborate with CDP's Marketing Team – Drive patient growth and retention as we shift to an adult-focused model.
• Deliver Exceptional Care – Prioritize patient experience and high-quality outcomes.

Practice & Office Details

1 Dentist Office | 4 Operatories | Fully Digital

Current Patient Demographics : 18+ (Growing Focus), 12-17 (20%), 0-11 (64%)

Current Schedule : Tuesday-Saturday (With Potential to Transition to Monday-Friday!)

Location Perks : Close to IAH Airport
