Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Progressive Care Nurse to join our healthcare team for an ED Hold / PCU Float UNIT; Ratios 5-6.

Shift : 12hr Nights X 3This role involves providing high-quality patient care, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, and ensuring adherence to best practices in nursing.

Requirements

Current nursing license valid in the state of practice.

2 Years PCU experience required

BLS & ACLS required.

Epic Experience

MUST BE FLEXIBLE TO FLOATING AS REQUIRED-WILL FLOAT OUT TO SISTER CAMPUSES

Familiarity with medical terminology, ICD coding (ICD-9 / ICD-10), and documentation standards is essential.

Experience working with diverse populations

Knowledge of infection control practices, aseptic technique, and basic life support (BLS) certification is mandatory.

Proficient in using EMR systems
