Certifications : BLS (AHA) Must-Have : - Clear driving record - Active driver's license - Current auto insurance - Proof of driving credentials within 48 hours of offer acceptance - IV and venipuncture experience (highly preferred) - Homecare Home Base EMR experience (required) - Previous travel experience (highly preferred) Description : A Home Care Visiting RN provides safe, holistic care to a population with multiple co-morbidities and advanced chronic illnesses. The RN educates regarding self-management and provides support to meet the needs of the patient, family, and community. Mileage is reimbursed. The territory includes specific designated zip codes. The RN will see 6 patients per day and is expected to complete visits, start of care, recertifications, and discharges.
