• Seeking experienced physicians to treat patients in local Skilled Nursing Facilities due to rapid expansion of services
• Available locations in St. Charles County, Clayton / Richmond Heights and Alton, Illinois

• Ideal candidates will be board certified in FM, IM or Geriatrics - will consider EM with some post acute experience
