Seeking a night shift role that offers variety, challenge, and growth ? As part of our Internal Flex Pool, you will rotate through ED Boarding, Medical-Surgical, Telemetry, and ICU support units at Aurora St. Luke's Medical Center, experiencing new challenges and opportunities to enhance your clinical skills with each shift.
Your Responsibilities :
Float between Med / Surg, Telemetry, ED Boarding, and ICU support unitsProvide high-quality, patient-centered care in a fast-paced, collaborative environmentAdapt to varying unit workflows while upholding clinical excellenceYour Qualifications :
Experience : Minimum 18 months of Med / Surg or Telemetry RN experience (2 years preferred)Flexibility : Ability to adhere to the following schedule :2 Fridays2 Mondays1 WeekendTraining & Skills :

Your role will include coordinating comprehensive patient care using evidence-based practice and skilled communication. You'll lead efforts to create a safe patient environment while tailoring individualized care plans that include patients and their families throughout the healthcare continuum.
You'll also anticipate and recognize changes in patient conditions, collaborating with the healthcare team to deliver timely, patient-centered care. By promoting safety, engaging in quality improvement initiatives, and participating in your professional development, you will actively contribute to enhancing patient experiences.
Licenses & Certifications :
Registered Nurse license issued by the state of practiceBasic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification from the American Heart Association (AHA)Professional Experience :
Typically requires a minimum of 1 year of clinical nursing experience.
