About the Opportunity :

We are looking for a driven and adaptable Senior Staff Accountant who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. At Spartan, no two days are the same-our finance team supports a global events business that moves quickly and requires sharp judgment, strong technical skills, and the ability to pivot as priorities evolve.

This role is ideal for someone who wants broad exposure across the accounting function, enjoys tackling complex and varied financial challenges, and isn't afraid to roll up their sleeves. Requirements

Qualifications :

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance
• Three or more years of accounting experience
• Understanding of U.S. GAAP.
• Accounting ERP experience (preferably NetSuite) and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to interact at all levels of the organization.
