Financial Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a professional and detail-oriented Financial Customer Service Representative to support a growing financial services team in Del Mar. In this role, you will assist clients with questions related to insurance, financial products, account support, and general service inquiries. Key Responsibilities :

• Answer inbound client calls and provide accurate information regarding insurance policies, financial products, and general account needs.
• Assist clients with policy updates, documentation requests, account changes, and service questions.
• Navigate and update Salesforce and other internal systems to document interactions and maintain accurate records.
• Provide a high level of professionalism, clarity, and support during every client interaction.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client concerns efficiently.
• Follow compliance and confidentiality guidelines related to financial and insurance services.
