Job description

We are seeking a Nurse Practitioner to deliver employee health and occupational health services at a corporate office near Chicago, Illinois.

Details :

Setting : Provide employee health and occupational health services to patients at a corporate office.
Schedule : Monday, Wednesday, Thursday; 6 AM - 6 PM (Flexible on days)
Contract Duration : 11-week contract. Initial contract.
Start : ASAP

Requirements :

Active IL state license

Certifications : BLS, BC, and DEA

Minimum of 1 year of experience preferred

Occupational Health experience required

Compensation :

Weekly paycheck

Benefits (Health, Dental, Vision) if eligible.

100% malpractice insurance coverage.
