Pharma-Safe Industrial Services is a Privately owned company located in Lafayette, LA, that provides the following services to industry :

• HSE / Medic Support Personnel of all levels : HSE / Offshore experience required
• Remote Industrial Occupational Medicine Clinics Staffed by Clinicians (Paramedics) with Advanced Training and Equipment
• Medical Surveillance Programs
• Health Management Systems
• Complete COVID programs that include screening, testing, and evolving protocol development that assists our client partners maintain business continuity.

The qualified candidate must be capable of providing support of Client's (Offshore Operator) HSE (SEMS), Safe Work Policies, Procedures, and Safety Initiatives. Must be knowledgeable in the applicable regulatory requirements set forth by OSHA, DOT, USCG, and BSEE.

Education and Experience :

Prospective role assignments are anticipated to be within Offshore Construction, Pipeline Remediation, Platform Removal, Well-work, Plug and Abandonment, Subsea Operations, and Structure Maintenance Projects.

Current Training Requirements are :

PEC Safe Gulf Hazard Material Shipping

Marine Trash & Debris Video Piping & Vessel Isolation (LOTO)

Water Survival / HUET / Personal Swing rope Scaffolding Safety

First Aid / CPR / AED / BBP certification API Rigger Training

Fire Fighting Air Monitoring / Gas Detection

Confined Space Entry, Attendant, & Rescue Fall Protection with Rescue

Work rotations vary with projects, but are primarily 14 X 14 or longer, with variance due to weather, and client / project schedule.
