Otolaryngology Physician

We areseeking an experienced Locums Pediatric ENT (Otolaryngology) Physician toprovide part-time coverage in Worcester, Massachusetts. This position offers abalanced mix of outpatient clinic hours and inpatient / ED consults, with supportfrom advanced practice providers in the clinic setting. The ideal candidatewill be comfortable managing a full spectrum of pediatric ear, nose, and throatconditions and skilled in advanced airway management.

Compensation : 325-400 / hour based on experience

KeyResponsibilities :

• Provide comprehensive pediatric ENT care in both outpatient and inpatient settings.
• Conduct endoscopy or laryngoscopy procedures during clinic hours.
• Manage emergency and inpatient consults, including advanced airway management.
• Collaborate with APPs and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated, high-quality patient care.
• Review patient histories, develop treatment plans, and perform appropriate follow-up.
• Document all patient encounters accurately using Epic EMR.
