This is a terrific opportunity to join the Caterpillar North Little Rock AR team as a Warehouse Associate, our 1st shift team earning day one benefits and a starting wage of $18.80 / hour.

As an Advanced Warehouse Associate you will support daily warehouse operations including receiving, storing, picking, and shipping materials. This role may include the optional use of mobile equipment such as forklifts, order pickers, or reach trucks for qualified individuals. You will be responsible for ensuring proper transactions are completed timely and inventory tracking is accurate using scan guns while at the same time.

What you will get :

• Build your own schedule! You are required to work at least 10 hours per pay period (every two weeks) in 5-hour blocks, with a maximum of 20 hours per pay period.
• No need to ask for days off - you build your own schedule within the guidelines noted above.
• This is a part time temporary Caterpillar position intended to support the full-time production workforce.
• Shift : Part Time - Flexible hours
• Starting Pay Rate : $18.80 / hour.

Summary Pay Range : $18.80 - $23.20 Compensation and benefits offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, job level, market location, job-related knowledge, skills, individual performance and experience.
