A rapidly growing dairy manufacturer is seeking a hands-on Production Supervisor to lead high-volume cheese processing and packaging operations. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on the floor with their team and is passionate about producing exceptional dairy products in a safe, efficient environment.

What You Will Do

• Lead day-to-day operations across cheesemaking, HTST, RO, milk intake, and packaging lines
• Supervise, train, schedule, and coach production employees for top performance
• Ensure sanitation procedures, start-up readiness, and production supply staging are executed flawlessly
• Troubleshoot equipment / process issues and drive continuous improvement
• Support food safety, HACCP, GMPs, and audit compliance at all times
• Collaborate closely with plant leadership to optimize efficiency and quality
• Promote a strong safety culture through active engagement on the floor

Physical Requirements

Ability to stand / walk for long periods, lift up to 50 lbs+ when needed, and work around active processing equipment and varying temperatures.
