What You'll Do

Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies, and when appropriate, supporting emergency response activities.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner to help maintain a secure environment.

Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the manufacturing and industrial location, including the business and perimeter, to help identify and report security-related concerns.

Monitor for unusual activities and / or potential security-related issues, documenting and reporting observations according to site protocols.

Work collaboratively with other Allied Universal personnel and client representatives to address security-related needs and support site operations.

Adapt to varying working environments and conditions as required by the client site.

Minimum Requirements

A valid drivers license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
