Director of Supply Chain

Job Summary

Within our Fencing Lawn & Garden group. The Director of Supply Chain and Purchasing is a strategic leadership role responsible for the end-to-end management of the supply chain and purchasing division. This position supervises all areas of procurement planning logistics warehousing and distribution ensuring the efficient and cost-effective flow of materials and products. The Director will develop and implement supply chain strategies to optimize performance mitigate risks and support the companys growth objectives.

Compensation Range : $140k-$150k annually

Principle Responsibilities

S trategic Leadership :

• Develop and execute comprehensive supply chain strategies aligned with the companys overall business goals.
• Identify and implement best practices to improve supply chain efficiency reduce costs and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Lead and mentor a team of supply chain professionals fostering a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration.
• Monitor industry trends and emerging technologies to identify opportunities for innovation and competitive advantage.
