Job description10+ years as a Superintendent in multifamily construction (garden-style, mid-rise, or high-rise). Deep knowledge of construction methods, scheduling, safety, and code compliance. Proven leadership and field management skills. Proficiency in Procore, MS Project, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Office. OSHA 30 certification required. First Aid / CPR a plus. Strong communication and documentation abilities. Valid driver's license. We're seeking an experienced and driven Project Superintendent to lead on-site operations for multifamily residential construction projects in the Greater Phoenix area. Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all on-site construction activities from groundbreaking to final turnover.
- Manage subcontractors, safety compliance, scheduling, and site logistics.
- Maintain daily site documentation, enforce safety protocols, and uphold quality standards.
- Champion project quality standards and collaborate with architects, engineers, and inspectors to maintain timelines and budgets.
- Lead coordination meetings and ensure clear communication across all project stakeholders.
- Review project plans and documents for constructability and accuracy.
- Ensure timely procurement and delivery of materials and equipment.
