Required

Qualifications :

Graduation from an accredited nursing

program

Upon hire : Oregon Registered Nurse

License

Upon hire : National Provider BLS -

American Heart Association

Upon hire :

Washington Registered Nurse License - if practicing within this

state

• 1 year Nursing experience.
