Organizational Development Consultant

A company is looking for an Organizational Development Consultant / Legal Evaluation. Key Responsibilities Evaluate the potential closure of the current US entity and assess alternative locations for a new entity Conduct a desk review of internal documents and perform interviews for data collection and analysis Draft and finalize reports detailing findings, recommendations, and an implementation plan Required Qualifications At least 5 years of experience with international NGOs, preferably in human rights or conflict transformation Practical experience with decentralized structures such as networks or federations Experience in evaluation processes and strategic planning Excellent report writing skills in English or Spanish, with proficiency in the other language Availability to complete the consultancy within the specified timeframe
