We are seeking an SAP Data Migration Lead to join our team. This role will involve defining and executing end-to-end SAP data migration strategies, overseeing data governance, and ensuring high-quality data transformation for SAP S / 4HANA Public Cloud environments. The ideal candidate will have experience in SAP data migration, SAP BTP integrations, SAP Activate methodology, S / 4HANA Public Cloud implementations, and enterprise data architecture , along with a passion for building reliable, scalable data foundations that support digital modernization.

Job Description :

Trilyon is seeking an experienced SAP Data Migration Lead to architect and deliver robust data migration solutions supporting SAP S / 4HANA Public Cloud. The SAP Data Migration Lead will define migration strategies, configure and execute data loads using SAP tools such as Data Migration Cockpit and LTMC, and ensure data quality across multiple functional domains. Additionally, the SAP Data Migration Lead will support SAP BTP integration efforts, oversee data governance, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and lead activities aligned with SAP Activate methodology. This role requires hands-on migration experience, deep knowledge of S / 4HANA Public Cloud, and the ability to lead enterprise-level data transformation initiatives. As an SAP Data Migration Lead , you will play a pivotal role in supporting end-to-end implementation success and ensuring a smooth transition from legacy platforms to cloud-based architecture.

Responsibilities :

Define, design, and execute SAP data migration strategies utilizing SAP tools such as Data Migration Cockpit (DMC) and LTMC.

Serve as the primary architect for Public Cloud data migration and transformation activities.

Ensure SAP data governance, data quality, validation rules, and compliance throughout the migration lifecycle.

Integrate data processes with external systems via SAP BTP and coordinate cross-system data flow.

Lead data mapping, data cleansing, load execution, reconciliation, and error resolution.

Collaborate with functional teams and SMEs to validate source-to-target datasets.

Apply SAP Activate methodology across project phases, including preparation, exploration, realization, and deployment.

Lead at least two full-cycle SAP S / 4HANA Public Cloud implementations (required).

Troubleshoot and resolve data-related issues across multiple systems and environments.

Document data processes, migration steps, quality checks, and post-load validation activities.

Support cutover planning and ensure readiness for go-live from a data perspective.

Preferred Qualifications :

SAP S / 4HANA Cloud Certification or SAP Data Management Certification.

Experience integrating SAP systems with non-SAP platforms using modern cloud technologies.

Expertise in condition types, access sequences, surcharges, and discount structures (if applicable to migration).
