We are requesting a Data Analyst to support and enhance our leadership development programs. They will automate workflows, manage and analyze learning data, and build dashboards to track participation and learning outcomes. Key responsibilities include : automating tasks such as participant communications and data entry using tools like Power Automate. Collecting and analyzing data to identify trends and insights that inform program improvements. Building and maintaining dashboards to track participation and learning outcomes. Collaborating with program managers to understand data needs and provide actionable insights. Ensuring data accuracy and integrity through regular audits and validation processes.
