How you'll contribute

A Paramedic who excels in this role :

• Responds to calls for emergency medical services and provides patient care as directed and / or determined necessary.
• Safely navigates ambulance to patient's location. Provides stabilization of scene and requests additional assistance as necessary.
• Determines nature and extent of illness or injury and patient's history from available sources.
• Administers emergency medical care within scope of practice, including patient stabilization, monitoring, and resuscitation, from the scene to receiving medical facility.
• Contacts medical personnel, reports / records observations, and follows directives from supervising Physician or Registered Nurse.
• Maintains equipment, restocks supplies and cleans ambulance as necessary.
