Small Town, Big Impact — Outpatient Practice in Bourbon, Indiana!
Looking for a fulfilling Family or Internal Medicine role in a charming small-town setting? Join a growing outpatient clinic in Bourbon, IN , where your work-life balance is respected, your skills are valued, and your impact is felt across generations.
Position Highlights :
Full-time, outpatient-only Family or Internal Medicine role
Monday–Friday, 8AM–5PM schedule (or until all patients are seen)
Phone-only call, 1 : 7 rotation – minimal after-hours stress
See 18–22 patients per day , from pediatrics to geriatrics
Practice alongside one experienced Nurse Practitioner
Treat a wide variety of conditions and perform in-office procedures :
Chronic disease management
Joint injections / aspirations
Biopsies, pap smears, sutures, mole / skin tag removal
Epic EMR system in place
Opportunities to teach Family Medicine residents through clinical supervision

Compensation & Perks :
Competitive base salary aligned with MGMA benchmarks (submit expectations!)

$3,000 CME allowance
$3,000 annual stipend for dues, journals, and memberships
✅ Candidate Requirements :
Board Certified or Truly Board Eligible (within 5 years of residency) in Family or Internal Medicine
Active IN license (or willing to obtain)
DEA, BLS, and ACLS certifications (or willingness to obtain)
Experience with all age groups – from pediatrics through geriatrics
COVID vaccination required
EPIC EMR experience highly preferred
