We use the MDT framework for a full-proof PT diagnosis - no more just "following doctor's orders" (tons of training provided + generous con-ed allowance toward courses if needed) Integrating unique and complementary tools like Pilates and regenerative therapy for an added edge to your treatment and better outcomes for patients Collaborating with teammates to support whole-body wellness and longevity for our clients - their journey with us doesn't end just because the pain is gone Participating in occasional off-site team events and workshops that are fun and collaborative! NH Licensed (or license-eligible) Physical Therapist Strong interest in the McKenzie Method (MDT) and client education / empowerment Pilates or dry needling experience a plus (but not required) Excellent communicator and the ability to build trust quickly Accountable, coachable, and passionate about the profession Salary range : $70-90K depending on experience, certifications, previous con-ed $250 / month toward company-sponsored health insurance 50% dental premium paid by employer 401(k) with up to 4% company match Paid time off + holidays Bonus Holiday week : Closed and paid time off between Christmas and New Years Short-term Disability + Family Paid Medical Leave (up to 12 weeks) Generous CEU allowance + dedicated CEU days that don't dig in to your PTO Leadership and career advancement opportunities for those who want to grown and build a career with us

We help adults 40+ stay mobile, active, and pain-free - without relying on medications, procedures, or surgeries. We specialize in Mechanical Diagnosis & Therapy (MDT), Pilates-based rehab, and cutting-edge regenerative therapies like Shockwave and EMTT.
