Minimum 1+ years special education experience required.

Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Special Education or a relevant field
- Valid state certification or licensure in Special Education
- Experience working in K-12 settings, particularly with high school students
- Strong munication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Proficiency in creating inclusive and adaptive learning environments
- Collaborative mindset to work effectively with other educators and staff

Responsibilities :
Develop and implement tailored instructional plans to meet the diverse needs of students in the inclusion classroom.Collaborate with fellow educators to create a supportive learning environment, ensuring that all students have access to the curriculum.Monitor student progress and adjust teaching strategies as needed, maintaining accurate records of academic performance.municate regularly with students, parents, and support staff regarding individual student progress and challenges.Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to discussions regarding student needs and goals.Foster positive relationships with students to encourage their social and emotional development.Benefits :
