Site Manager 4

Our client, a leader in property management and facilities services, is seeking a Site Manager 4 to join their team. As a Site Manager 4, you will be part of the Facilities Management department supporting on-site operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong technical acumen, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving, which will align successfully in the organization.

Pay Range : What's the Job?

Coordinate all aspects of property management, maintenance, and record keeping on-site.

Act as the primary liaison with the client, managing staff, financials, and vendors to ensure smooth building operations.

Oversee repairs, maintenance, and site inspections to maintain safety and functionality.

Respond promptly and positively to requests from clients and occupants, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.

Monitor the facility to ensure it remains safe, secure, and well-maintained, including machinery, equipment, and electrical systems.

What's Needed?

Bachelor's degree required, with 8-10 years of related experience preferred.

Technical and engineering savvy, with the ability to understand equipment basics and oversee third-party providers.

Familiarity with building systems, documentation, and administration.

Strong verbal and written communication skills, with attention to detail and excellent customer service abilities.

Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and apply strategic planning and resource allocation principles.
